Hannah Lincoln was a sister of John Lincoln, the clerk of theLinville Creek
Baptist Church, and of Capt. Abraham Lincoln, the late President'sgrandfather, also of Jaco b Lincoln, who lived and died at the oldLincoln homestead on Linville Creek. Like her brothe r John Harrison,was an active member of the early Smith and Linville's Creek BaptistChurch.
Will Of Hannah Harrison
I Hannah Harrison widow and relict of John Harrison Decd. being sickand weak in body but o f sound mind and memory thanks be to God forhis mercies and knowing it is appointed for al l Once to die do makeand ordain this my last will and testament and in the following manner and form.
First I Recommend my soul to God who gave it and my body to the earthfrom whence it cam e to be buried in a decent and Christian manner atthe discretion of executors and at the cha rge of son ZebulonHarrison.
Item I give and bequest to my eldest son William Harrison half stockof sheep.
Item I give and bequeath to my second son Zebulon Harrison the twoHorses creatures an d the Hogs that I now own, also what is indebtedto me and what Corn and Rye that is...... ma de besides that willdischarge my Debts with my whole stock of Ca.....
Item it is my will and desire that the third of the land leftme....Husbands last will a nd testament be sold by myexecutors.....six sons and Daughter Phebe to wit--William, Zebulon ,Henry, John, Isaac, and Abraham Harrison with the above named PhebeHarrison.
Item I do will and bequeath to my daughter Phebe two cows which shehas sometimes claime d and her own property with all the kitchen andHousehold furniture that I have not above wil led away, with the otherhalf of the stock of sheep that I have not willed to my son Willia mHarrison, with a small room upstairs which she claims her own till herbrother Abraham is o f age, and I do hereby constitute and ordain mywell beloved brothers Jacob Lincoln and Joh n Lincoln my soulExecutors of this my last Will and Testament--in witness my hand andseal.. ..this twelvth day of September 1803.
