Theodore and Amanda lived in Hoyleton, IL for several years where heworked as a mail carrier. They moved to St. Louis where he worked forthe Diamond Match Co. He and Amanda later bought a home in North St.Louis, MO. They lived only a few blocks from her parents and was aconsiderable help to Theresia in helping care for their parents.After Theodore died, Amanda later moved to Littleton, CO where herchildren lived.
