Johann Mencke was a Kaufmann (salesman / business man) and traveled often to Holland. On 11 Nov 1775 he willed all his possesions and rights to his brother Johann Herman, the Colon of HInnenkamp. Johann Mencke died without any children. He was also the Burgermeister of Voerden from 1758-1760
