Earnest Earman (#121124236) was born November 6, 1920--Jim said thathe can show me the hous e where my grandfather was born. Mygrandfather was the Chief of Police in Bridgewater VA . He drownedwhile fishing in a boat on the North River with Jim's sister'shusband. He ma y have had a heart attack, but my grandmother didn'twant an autopsy. He died June 4, 1970 a nd is buried at Keezletown.I remember that my grandfather wasn't in a good mood the last ti me Isaw him. Maybe he didn't feel well, or maybe it's because my sisterand I ate all his c hocolate covered peanuts.

My grandmother was Anna Faye Lee Vincie. Her father was JovanVincie--he immigrated from Yl ina Hungary on January 31, 1887. Hedied September 30, 1983 at the age of 96. I remember Pa pa well. Hewas always "old" when I knew him and he didn't say much, but he was agentle sou l. He was a farmer before I knew him. His wife wasMargaret "Maggie" Eaton, born May 7, 190 2 and died June 4, 1953. Mymom said that he took his wife's death hard and just didn't see m toknow what to do without her. My grandmother is not well--diabetes.Her sisters have al l died of it. My grandmother has had a hard lifeand has worked hard,mostly in factories. S he has lost two husbandsand has a son.

My grandparents had two children: Barbara Ann Harrison, born livingand Earnest Earman Harri son Jr, born living.
